Nuwok Adventist Community Service (ACS) members in Manus recently visited Lorengau General Hospital. A total of 38 members from both Dorcas Welfare and Good Samaritan made the early Sabbath morning visit to wards 1, 2, 3 and 4.

During the visit the ACS members had short worships in each ward and sang a lot of songs which was a request from many patients who loved the songs. They also served their home cooked foods as breakfast for the patients and distributed toiletries, washing detergents, clothing, beddings and children’s dolls.

At the end of the visit there were many requests from the Sisters in the wards as well as patients for the group to return again with more singing.

Already Nuwok ACS is planning their next visit to Correctional Institution Services (CIS) in Manus to have worship and share with the inmates.
